[ic] Adding UPS insurance charges?

Running 4.9.8 and use UPS shipping by weight.  Has anyone been successful in 
adding additional UPS shipping insurance charges, which are calculated by 
price?

I saw some posts in the archives about this, but didn't see a solution 
posted.  Up until now, we have used interchange for retail sales only so it 
hasn't been a big problem, but with dealer pricing, insurance on a an order 
for several thousand dollars could be.
