[ic] credit card cvv number

Has anybody required the 3 digit cvv number on the back of the credit card 
for ordering?  I have looked through the archives and not found it, unless 
I am looking under the wrong wording.  Our provider wants to start using 
that number, so if somebody has already implemented it, I would be grateful 
to glean from your success.
