[ic] Beginner User in Need

I would like to start by apologizing if I'm out of my league but I've
got to start somewhere.  Now that's out of the way.  I have a good
understanding of HTML and that's where my knowledge ends.  The company
in which I host my website offers interchange to its customer.  I would
like to find a how to, or dummies guide if you will, that could assist
me in my endeavors.  I'm completely happy with just adjusting the DEMO
version to suite my needs.  I would do something else with it if it was
easier but that will come in time.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
