This is in the archives. FWICR there is a need to add a column named 'extended'
into the mv_metadata table... as the error happens to specifically say :)

PS, whenever making an upgrade, especially a big jump like that, it is a good
idea to research it, compare the db schemas. Too bad the Forum didn't have an
"upgrading issues" section ;)
