[ic] beyond ActionMaps

I'm currently using ActionMaps and I'd like to get the
same functionality without the extra "directory" in
the URL.  The current page searching order of
operations seems to go like this:

1. check for the page in /pages
2. check the skus for the page name
3. use missing.html

Does Interchange have a way to sneak another one in
there without an extra directory in the URL?  I'd like
to set up something like:

2 1/2. check the categories for the page name

Can that be done?
