Hi, Matt,

It all depends on how far your 'customizing' goes. HTML-,Perl- and IC
knowledge is necessary, the Linux experience is important for the
installation part.
If you just want to make small changes on an existing installation, it
can be done with a little HTML and Perl knowledge.
If you want to create high sophisticated website with lots of features,
you need more knowledge of HTML and Perl.
