[ic] 1 item under 2 Promotions

Hi,

Is there a way to have 1 Item show under 2 Different Promotions?

I currently am using Specials (promotion) and added Hot Deals
(promotion).
I want to add 1 single item to both promotions.

If this is possible could someone point me in the right direction?
