[ic] random items search - not doing quite what I expected

Hi,

I've modified the "random items" component, as I would like it to only return
items with thumbnails, I couldn't get it to work with the op=!=, so I decided
to just get it to return items without a thumbnail.
However, this query is returning only items with a thumbnail, even though I
would expect it to return only items without a thumb nail.

	random="[control matches 2]"
	search="
		fi=products
		st=db
		ml=[control pool 1000]
		op=eq
		sf=thumb
		se=
"]

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
