My guess is that you logged in before the dealer status was
set. If you do that, you need to log out then log back in
again, as pricing is set at login time. Also, there is the
remote chance that someone played with the config.

If you follow this exact sequence:

1. Access the demo catalog while canceling the session:

    http://demo.icdevgroup.org/i/demo1?mv_action=cancel

2. Order a step ladder.

    http://demo.icdevgroup.org/i/demo1?mv_action=refresh&mv_order_item=os29000
	
   Note the price is $44.99.

3. Log in as jdoe:

    http://demo.icdevgroup.org/i/demo1/ord/basket?mv_action=go&mv_click=Login&mv_username=jdoe&mv_password=test

   Note the price is $22.50.

It works.
