Well I decided to scratch the old method of separate shipping_address. and
I've implemented the newer split_ship table method which uses the UserDB
outboard configuration to read/write split ship data to.
I've had no problems with getting shipping addresses from the table using...
[ite-list]
.
.
.
[item-tag-address
set="[cgi mv_an[item-modifier mv_ip]]"
address_label=nick
nick="[cgi mv_an[item-modifier mv_ip]]"
if="[value separate_addresses]"
form="
mv_action=refresh
edit_addresses=1
"
textarea=1
widget=links]
[address]
<TR class="[item-calc]$row_class || 'cartalt'[/item-calc]">
[if cgi edit_addresses]
<TD> </TD>
<TD> </td>
<TD>
<SMALL>
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME="[modifier-name mv_an]" VALUE="{mv_an}">
{textarea}
</SMALL>
</TD>
<TD><INPUT TYPE=submit VALUE=[L]Save[/L]></TD>
[else]
<TD COLSPAN=2>
<SMALL>Retrieve:<BR>
[if value address_book]
[loop arg="[value address_book]"]
[page href=@@MV_PAGE@@
form=|

mv_an[item-modifier mv_ip]=[loop-code]
mv_action=refresh
|][loop-code]-[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].city
key='[data session username]' serial=1]</a><br>[/loop]<br>
</small>
</TD>
<TD>
<SMALL>
<PRE>[if cgi get_shipping[item-modifier mv_ip]]
[userdb function=get_shipping nickname='[cgi get_shipping[item-modifier
mv_ip]]']
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[cgi get_shipping].company key='[data
session username]' serial=1]
[/if]</PRE><INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME="[modifier-name sa_all]"
VALUE="[filter entities]{sa_all}[/filter]">
</SMALL>
</TD>
<TD> </TD>
[/else]
[/if]
<TD> </TD>
<TD> </TD>
</TR>
[/address]
[/item-tag-address]
[if session logged_in]
<TR class="[item-calc]$row_class || 'cartalt'[/item-calc]">
<TD ALIGN="right" COLSPAN="6" valign="top">
[if value separate_addresses]
[page href="@@MV_PAGE@@" form="

mv_action=return
"][L]Separate shipping addresses[/L]</A>
[/else]
[/if]
</td>
</TR>
</TD>
</TR>
[/if]
[/item-list]
my problem is I want the data to be captured and displayed. I get an output
of...
[snip]
HASH(0x9ba61dc)
.company key='CN000176' serial=1]
which is derived from
<PRE>[if cgi get_shipping[item-modifier mv_ip]]
[userdb function=get_shipping nickname='[cgi get_shipping[item-modifier
mv_ip]]']
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[cgi get_shipping].company key='[data
session username]' serial=1]
[/if]</PRE>
[snip]
instead of the data
I need to have all data from the field displayed instead of {mv_ad} system
data
I've also tried...
[if value address_book]
[loop arg="[value address_book]"]
[value name=sa_addr_book[item-modifier mv_an] set="
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].company key='[data session
username]' serial=1]<br>
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].fname key='[data session
username]' serial=1] [data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].lname
key='[data session username]' serial=1]<br>
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].address1 key='[data session
username]' serial=1] [data table=userdb
col=address_book.[loop-code].address2 key='[data session username]'
serial=1]<br>
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].city key='[data session
username]' serial=1], [data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].state
key='[data session username]' serial=1] [data table=userdb
col=address_book.[loop-code].zip key='[data session username]' serial=1]
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].country key='[data session
username]' serial=1]<br>
[data table=userdb col=address_book.[loop-code].phone key='[data session
username]' serial=1]"]
[/loop]
[/if]
but to no avail
Any pointers, HELP, would be very very grateful
Thanks
Jeannie
I've done many different routines to get this to work
