We've used [ups-query] tag for receiving ups charges and our QA team has 
noticed following problem with shipping charge calculation:
In our shop we become (using [ups-query]):

Ship From: zip=93436; Country=US
Ship To: zip=90077; Country=US
Weight: 12.6 lbs.
Shipping Method: UPS Ground Residential
Shipping cost: $6.51

For analogical data on UPS calculator 
(http://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_US) we become:

Ship From: -CITY-, 93436, UNITED STATES
Ship To: LOS ANGELES, 90077, UNITED STATES
Total Shipment Weight: 12.6 lbs.
Address Type: Residential
Number of Packages: 1
Shipping Method: UPS Ground
Shipping cost: $8.55

There is some difference between these costs.
What is the matter?
