[ic] no_image_rewrite option

I have tried that several time along with various other debuggin options.
Even went into the code to try to modify the re-write part. I have had this
problem for several days now. I did find a way around it but it's a loose
hack and I would like to set it back so the image path is gets re-writen using
the UI image directory variable.
Has anyone else had this problem?
