[ic] How to set up so "decrypt credit card" link will work?

Hi all,

I'm completely new at this;  I'm a sys admin who set up an instance of 
Interchange for a client who wanted to use it.  At the moment he knows 
more about it than I do, but he's run into something he can't figure 
out, and so far neither can I.

His test orders have a link that says "decrypt credit card" (in the 
admin view) and when you click on it the browser downloads a .pgp file. 
  It seems logical that before I can actually decrypt one of these 
files, I would have to have specified a key for IC to use when doing 
the encryption, but I can't find any docs that tell me how to do this.

The system is running RedHat Enterprise 3.0 and has GPG (/usr/bin/gpg) 
already installed.

Can someone point me at some docs for this?
