[IC] I miss socket timeout while configure IC

Hello list.

Think found a problem in the test.pl script for the IC installation. It
happend when IC start the test link/unixmode. Interchange has some kind of
endless loop, still after more than 20 minutes it not closed/break the
socket connection.

I've no idea what happends, but think a timeout is usefull in this
situation.

I'll fix it manually for my current problem.
