[ic] ic process 25% system load

Hello list,

as I checked Interchange's performance with the Linux tool "top", I
noticed that the interchange process always takes up to 25% load and not
more to handle a request (e.g. build up a product listing).
This takes up to some seconds of processing time and extra time for
delivering the HTML to the client comes in addition.
The whole system is provided for 1 interchange server and a mysql db.
Wouldn't it be better then, the ic process takes as much cpu power as it
gets at a moment? Why should it let the system 75% in idle mode?

The interchange.cfg looks like this:
...
Variable TRAFFIC low
...
ifdef TRAFFIC =~ /low/i
Message Low traffic settings.
HouseKeeping 3
MaxServers 5
PIDcheck 0
endif
...

....any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
