Is there a way that the shipping information shows up on the checkout page 
right away-before the page gets refreshed?  I would like to set up free 
shipping and then have 2 other options: next day air and 2nd day air which 
ppl can choose.  I don't want to use the interchange calculations for 
shipping rates based on the zip codes, but rather add some amount to the 
order if customers choose 2nd day or next day air.  How can I achieve this?
