[ic] Survey question

I'm running IC 5.0.0 on FreeBSD 4.9-STABLE using Perl 5.8.0 and MYSQL 3.23.
Whenever editing the standard.html page that the survey/s use, the results
are a blank page. Even if I try to restore the original standard.html the
page remains blank. My error log gives no clue to what could be the problem.
Could it be a possible bug? The survey database seems intact. Is there a way
to print out the survey using another page, other than standard.html? BTW,
the survey/s worked fine prior to changing/editing the standard.html page.
