[ic] Admin UI after Upgrade

After an upgrade from 4.9.3 to 5 I lost some items I had added to the
item option menu.

Also I see this message when I log in to the Admin UI

UI update appears to have been done and metadata has not been updated
for this catalog...
Merge Metadata

I know I tweaked the metadata to get those fields to appear on the Admin
pages so
perhaps those two issues are related. I just don't want to mess anything
up by clicking the
Merge Metadata link.
