[ic] discount based on cart total

hello list,

I have a discount needed for a specific item that is in effect when the cart
total is over $140.00 the item becomes free when ordered.

I've gone through the doc and mail list for such an answer but couldn't find
one. I have

[discount DLR
return $s if $t >=150;
$t=0.00;
return $t;
[/discount]

With this code it returns, the extension doesn't express the discount  nor
does it evaluate the total correctly..or at all.

Any help would be appreciated
