[ic] tlink.pl under IIS

Hi All,

Got a need to run tlink.pl under IIS to talk to our interchange server
hosted on another box. (not my idea, have to for search engine reasons).

My problem is, while the tlink.pl talks to our interchange server, it
never displays pages. It just keeps submitting the request over and over
again until I hit the stop button.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
