[ic] https not accessible for interchange

This has really got me stumped. When ever I attempt to access any part 
of  interchange that is supposed to go through the SSL layer this is the 
message I'm getting back from the server.

"The connection to order.americanmicroinc.com has terminated 
unexpectedly. Some data may have been transfered."

Anyone have any experience with this one?
