Ok I added 
DebugFile       /var/log/interchange/icdebug
DataTrace   1

and nothing is logged.

set DataTrace 3

and still nothing.

If I restart interchange via su interch;
/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r
spews info to icdebug

None the less no info on any interchange queries for delivery_schedule
table.
