[ic] Whats the secret to discounts

Hi all,

It appears to be somewhat unclear how to enable and get to work quantity 
discounts. I've been working with this little gem for about an hour now 
this afternoon and its just not working.

I've got the discount values entered for the item, but when I test order 
a specific amount that "should" trigger the quantity discount, nothing 
happens. It continues to use the base price.
