[ic] Bank of America (BoA) and CyberSource Payment Module change over

I've gotten my official notice from BoA that my account is now being moved
over to Cybersource. This not unexpected and has been mentioned before on
the lists.

My big problem is that I can't find a payment module for Cybersource. Has
anyone created one or does someone know if one exists? I would think that
the  BoA change would affect a lot of people.
