[ic] perl with options

Hello,
Sorry about the last email.
I figured out to use ./Configure -Dprefix=/usr/local/bin/perl for my 
installation of perl
During the installation configuration, I selected for threads to not be 
used.
After all the installation, I cd'd into the Interchange directory, and ran 
./configure there. it found Perl, but it said IC will not work with threads. 
I am scouring the docs for info right now.
