I ran:

perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::InterchangeKitchenSink'

and ended up there.  I don't think I was given the option to skip the
test but I could be wrong.  Is there a better way to install the
module bundle?

The system I'm installing this on is very fresh.  Maybe I've tried to
install this out of order?  Could that cause this?
