[ic] category_vertical

I think I've narrowed down why my categories aren't showing on the main 
menu.

When I go to edit the component "category_vertical" under index.html, it 
shows --no current values-- for the two dropdowns.  Under the "foundation" 
store, it shows "All".  Does this mean I need to define an "item set"?
