[ic] Interchange Wizard HTMLArea help

hi,
Has anyone implemented HTMLArea for Admin UI. I did some Research but could
not understand things like CVS etc.  I have also download

but couldnt understand how to install. I am using interchane 5.0 in CPanel(I
know interchange doesnt support Cpanel but i have no choice).

Any help appreciated.
