Ahemm .. for some time I've been promising to break out the
payment terminal from the Protx payment module, and at the
same add recurring billing to it. Are you in a big hurry??

The intention is that it will handle all settlements, refunds, repeats,
and automatic repeats, as well as updating a credit card in the 
middle of a series of repeats, and do this for any payment module
that works with Interchange and has the simple hooks for these
extra functions. It does all this now, bar the automatic bit, but is 
still integrated into the Protx payment module.
