[ic] Editing index.html

Hello,

I am having a small problem in my interchange page.  Every time I go to the
index.html under content to edit the category section to be collapsible or
anything under the index.html and I click on save then publish my changes
won't take effect.  When I go back to the index.html it is still the same as
if I never made any changes or saved them.any thoughts anyone?
