[ic] [query] + [filter] = fail

hello list!
I have a problem with [query] and [filter] tag.

This is my code :
[query interpolate="1"  sql="select sku from products where sku =
'1234567890'" list="1"]
	[list]
   		[filter 3][sql-param sku][/filter]
	[/list]
[/query]

and .. not work !
Why ?
