Thanks for the moral support.

I never had the problem with 4.8.x

I have the occasional mail failure on orders also so have started
looking at the Perl_signal=unsafe to see if that helps.

Does anyone know of other logs to look in for the failed auto-create
problem as this has happened on a low traffic site I will not have far
to look.
