Yes I have changed MaxServers to 0 in the low traffic part of the
interchange.cfg.
I am not sure what the definition of low and high traffic is but from a
real user point of view we are low but like many we have load of search
engine traffic.
I have placed the $ENV{PERL_SIGNALS} = "unsafe"; after #!/usr/bin/perl
in the bin/interchange file but when I restart (bin/restart) interchange
it does not give the old signals message. I guess this is because I
have Perl 5.6.1.
