[ic] Bug with 5.3 Nightly Makecat:Standard - problem with IMAGES directory permissions

Using the "Multiple Group" option with Interchange in the group of the 
catalog owner.

The THEME_CSS variable is looking for the THEME_CSS file in the 
<CATNAME>/images directory

However the directory does not have g+w right and it appears that the 
css.tag requires it.

Adding g+w to the <CATNAME>/images directory allows the appropriate 
theme to show.
