[ic] Interchange shared hosting

Hello,

One of our clients is looking for an Interchange host that will either
host a catalog on a shared server or allow us to install IC on a shared
server to serve one catalog.  They are looking for a host that can
provide a solid server, with good net connections, the OS and apps are
kept up to date, backups are run regularly and uptime is near %100.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
