[ic] Interchange shared hosting

Ron,

I host my IC sites with www.thebook.com. Shared server but I have Tomcat
access, etc.. 

I have no financial interest in thebook.com, nor will I be compensated for
referring you. It runs about $50/month for IC on their machines. Top notch
service.
