No.  That would happen if the connection to the client was severed.
Either the link went bad or the client refreshed the page - or moved
elsewhere.

That's an option.  By the way, I uploaded a new mod_interchange (1.34)
that makes the timeout configurable from the Apache <Location> parameters,
which should help fine-tune the value without having to recompile the
module lots of times.  See here:

People who don't need that facility should be in no rush to upgrade.
I should also point out that I haven't tested it heavily.  Let me know
if you find a problem.
