[ic] Setting email FROM: address

Hello,

In the 5.4 version of IC and demo, where do you set the FROM: (and 
envelope From) address for emails sent by IC?  Right now, its defaulting 
to interch@ the local hostname, and I also need bounces going to the 
right place.  Thanks!
