If you  log into the Demo Admin section of the default store here:
http://demo.icdevgroup.org/demo1/

Click on Administration
then payment
then mv_payment_mode

You can see all the payment modules that have a framework.
I have only used authorize.net, so am unsure what is involved in 
setting up the others.
