[ic] i18n software?

We're planning to expand to other countries. That also means adding
new languages to the list that we must provide our services in.
Currently the L-tag database runs off MySQL and not a flat file.

We are considering writing a small web-based i18n translation helper
tool. Basically something where you can see existing translations, see
what's missing and then type it in.

I could write it myself... Or maybe there's an existing tool to do
just this. Anyone know of something like it?
