I've never heard of them.  If they have a synchronous payment API then
an Interchange module could be created to work with them.  Any competent
Interchange consultant will be able to create a payment module for you.
Interchange is free and open source, so you also have the option of
creating the module yourself.

Saferpay.com doesn't appear to allow access to their Developer Help
area without an account.  They do provide test accounts, which is good.

You can, of course, configure Interchange to send you credit card details
via GnuPG-encrypted email, and then use any payment service that provides
a terminal interface.  The usefulness of this option depends upon the
volume of transactions you handle, as each transaction would be processed
manually.
