[ic] Problem with Installation

I'm now using Interchange::Link.  Environment MOD_PERL is already in the
file.  None of those environment variables are in the generally default
interchange.cfg that I'm using.  My catalog is defined as such:

Catalog       jnd /home/interch/catalogs/jnd /

I did use makecat to create the catalog.  I would think it would set
everything up cleanly? 

What should be in the other environment variables you mentioned..
