[ic] UPS ship mode not working

Suddenly, UPS shipping modes all stopped working in 4.9.3 .

I get the following error messages:

cgi-bin/cart.cgi/process.html Shipping mode '2DA': bad formula. Returning 0.

cgi-bin/cart.cgi/process.html Shipping mode '1DA': bad formula. Returning 0.

cgi-bin/cart.cgi/process.html Shipping mode 'GNDCOM': bad formula. Returning
