[ic] Interchange problem after the server move

Seems like a corrupt database to me. Try repairing your database (through 
mysql tools or other database admin tools). 

> Also after the checkout it still goes back to the same checkout page.

Have you checked the error logs? Would need more information to even come 
close to guessing what could be the cause of this.
