[ic] Universal tag hide ic 5.5.2 and [query]

I saw in RTFM that this is included in ic 5.5.2 few things.

I assume this would help with suppressing the 0 or 1 response for something
like this:

[query sql="UPDATE blah blah" [/query]

Using

[query hide=1] sql="UPDATE blah blah" [/query]

Second is it says this is a Universal tag could I install the tag without
upgrading to production 5.5.2.
