Yes, as if you didn't even close your browser.

This is currently not possible to achieve because the session
cookie expires when you close your browser.

The best you can do currently is to have username and password
automatically filled in in the Login/Pw prompt, but you still
have to click "Login" and the session (cart contents and all
other values) are not preserved between visits.
