Oh, forgot to mention, make sure to copy over all your custom usertags, 
widgets, filters, etc as well, plus any custom libraries you installed 
in the lib directory.

If you do use this approach it's a good opportunity to upgrade your IC 
install as well (if it's not already the latest stable version).
