You replace those with your values.

To save yourself from problems, replace just Group:

Group ICUSER

(Assuming that "ICUSER" is the username under which Interchange
runs at).

After that, restart the webserver, and in your Interchange config
use SocketPerms 0660.

Didn't go too well, changing group to interch resulted in Forbidden you
don't have access to this server on all domains.
