Remove:
MaxQuantityField inventory:quantity
from catalog.cfg.
I think you are going to have to put in an extra description, too, because
of OnFly. Add:
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_order_fly VALUE="description=">
before the fly item description.
