    No, I have no "option_type" field in my products table, no any
mention of OptionsEnable in catalog.cfg.   Further, there is nothing my
flypage that even mentions 'option', so no, I don't have that either. 
And if I touch the products table, I have a day (or two's) work ahead of
me doing code audits of non-Interchange code we have here that might (or
might not) be affected.   :(

    I think I'm going to just put this little nightmare on the shelf for
the day (maybe the week) and go do something that doesn't make me want
to shave my head and go be a monk so I don't have to deal with computers
for a living.
